Shipping & Handling
We can deliver to any destinations serviced by these national carriers.  Shipping and handling charges will be determined by the carrier responsible for your delivery. An employee will contact you with the exact cost of the order (taxes, shipping and handling included) when it is processed. For your convenience, we will send you an e-mail message confirming these details, as well as the date of arrival.

Payment Terms & Taxes
Your order will be processed after shipping details have been confirmed. GST/HST is applicable to non-seafood items, packaging and shipping across Canada.

When Your Package Arrives
PLEASE REMEMBER – This is a perishable product. Due to the nature of the product, please ensure that someone is available at your shipping address or airport to receive and properly store your shipment on delivery day. Ensure that the frozen portion of your order is immediately placed in a refrigerator or freezer, and that your live lobster is kept damp and cool until ready to eat.
